This seminar offers the opportunity to deal intensively with the requirements and opportunities of the modern working world.

In a time of constant change and digitalization, managers are facing new challenges. The concept of "New Work" is therefore putting traditional management structures and methods to the test. Topics such as remote work, flexible working hours and an increased focus on employee satisfaction and development characterize the so-called "new normal".
This seminar offers participants the opportunity to take an in-depth look at the requirements and opportunities of the modern working world. Participants will examine various aspects of leadership in the context of New Work and explore successful leadership strategies in a practical way.
