As part of the onboarding process, we would like to offer our newly appointed professors individual coaching in which they can work specifically on their own skills profile.

Individual coaching supports you in determining your professional position and goals as well as sharpening your profile by reflecting on your own personality. With a coach of your choice, you will reflect on your career and personal development and work on an area of competence of your choice to sharpen your academic profile.

In our coach list (see table below) you will find a selection of coaches that we can contact for you. The list is indicative and not exhaustive. You are also welcome to make your own suggestions.

The coaching sessions ideally take place in person, but can also be held via telephone or video conferencing systems if both parties agree.
