Mentoring has been established for many years as an important instrument in the career advancement of women. TU Clausthal has been running a successful mentoring program(WiMINToring) for young female scientists since 2019. Now, female students on Master's degree courses in particular are to be given the same opportunity to start this mentoring program, which focuses on career entry.

The program includes workshops to strengthen personal skills, networking evenings, career coaching and excursions to career fairs.
