On the first Wednesday of each month there is a network meeting for young female scientists and approximately four times a network evening for all members of the network. The summer party is planned for the last weekend in June.

Aims of the network:

• Networking women at the TUC and advancing their careers
• Establish personal and professional contacts
• To show female role models
• Create space for an open, trusting exchange
• Strengthen motivation for personal development

Networking takes place on two levels: on the one hand, there is an informal exchange at the same level. To this end, the (junior) female scientists meet on the first Wednesday of every month. On the other hand, the exchange between the (junior) female scientists and those already established in professional life takes place as a formal meeting about four times a year. Furthermore, a joint professional platform is being established via LinkedIn, which will be set up specifically for the women's network.
