Event objectives:

As a physical event, the combination of thematic input and practical exercises offers participants a direct gain in knowledge and experience for implementation in everyday professional life. In addition to proven practices from coaching and training, findings from neuroscience and psychology complement the content. Exercises from practice for practice complement the content and enable participants to interact and gain direct experience.

  • mastering the balance between authenticity and self-confidence as well as the perception of the conversation partner
  • Best practices and factors of successful impact in body language for conversations and presentations (including implementation tips for participants for focused preparation of future events).
