Event objectives:
As a physical event, the combination of thematic input and practical exercises offers participants a direct gain in knowledge and experience for implementation in everyday professional life. In addition to proven practices from coaching and training, findings from neuroscience and psychology complement the content. Exercises from practice for practice complement the content and enable participants to interact and gain direct experience.

- A picture is worth a thousand words - insights into the world of non-verbal communication and body language, including
- What is body language and why can't we escape its effects, even professionally?
- How do I come across? - Insights into the participants' own impact and factors of congruent and confident communication as self-awareness
- Self-image and self-perception: focusing on participants' individual goals and strengths with a view to their own impact and communication, relevance in communicating professional expertise as scientists
- the art of congruent and convincing communication - the harmony of body language and verbal communication as well as the effect of double messages in conversations, presentations and discussions
- mastering the balance between authenticity and self-confidence as well as the perception of the conversation partner
- Best practices and factors of successful impact in body language for conversations and presentations (including implementation tips for participants for focused preparation of future events).
