Silicon Valley is known for its special innovation ecosystem. It is considered a pioneer for innovative thinking and working. New business models and products are created there in a very short space of time. But what exactly do the innovation tools look like and how are they applied? Which of these methods and techniques can founders and companies in particular use in their day-to-day work to drive innovation in a targeted manner?

In this presentation, leadership coach Georg Rekas (seven steps - Leadership Coaching) will address precisely these questions. He will provide valuable insights into what the so-called Silicon Valley mindset is, why innovation works so well there and what is needed for an innovation mentality. There will also be ample opportunity for questions and discussion.
