Clausthal University of Technology's successful WiMINToring mentoring program for young female scientists is starting a new round in January 2025.

The program offers a group of 10 motivated participants the unique opportunity to drive their professional and personal development in a targeted manner. With experienced mentors from science and business at their side, the mentees receive valuable insights and individual support on their career path. The diverse program includes workshops, networking evenings, career coaching, visits to career fairs and regular mentoring meetings - all designed to provide participants with optimal support and guidance.
