Communication is at the heart of successful courses. The way in which content is presented and questions are discussed can have a decisive influence on learning effectiveness. In our workshop "Communicating effectively in courses", we would like to introduce you to various forms of communication, analyze their effectiveness and practice them together with you.
Workshop topics:
- Introduction to the basics of effective learning communication
- Analyzing and reflecting on different forms of communication
- Preparing content in an understandable way
- Communicating learning objectives transparently
- Using questioning techniques to promote critical thinking
- Feedback as a tool to support the learning process
- Dealing with challenging communication situations in courses
