Methods and exercises from the field of theater are used to work on body language in teaching: After training self-perception and perception of others, targeted observation and sensitization to the topic of body language, conscious body language is trained through acting exercises, role plays and small improvisations. The aim of the seminar is to expand the individual possibilities of body language expression and to improve spatial presence in order to be able to make one's own appearance, lecture or presentation in the seminar and lecture hall convincing, authentic and effective.
The participants
- master techniques and exercises to prepare themselves physically, vocally and mentally for a presentation,
- can recognize and compare body language statements and check their effect,
- can consciously select and use body language means of expression,
- can use stage presence in the seminar room and lecture hall to support what is being communicated.
